Chemsex means sex under the influence of certain drugs; PnP (“Party and Play”) is another name for it.
Chemsex means deliberately taking drugs during sex. Mainly this involves crystal meth (known on the scene as “Tina”), GHB/GBL (“G” for short) and mephedrone. The abbreviation PnP stands for “Party and Play” and means the same thing.
The risks are serious. With G, even a small dosing mistake can lead to an overdose. The substances can be addictive. And on drugs it’s harder to say a clear yes or no – consent can easily start to wobble.
