1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the DaddyBoy platform, operated by Bedrijf voor lekker internetten B.V., Swalmen, Niederlande (“we”). By registering you accept them. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
2. Who may join
- You are at least 18 years old. No exceptions.
- You create exactly one account and use it only yourself. Accounts are not transferable.
- You give truthful information about your age and identity. A pseudonym as username is allowed and encouraged.
- Content with nudity or sexual references is reserved exclusively for adults and is accessible only after age verification through an external service. Anyone uploading or recording such content, whether picture, sound or video call, must be verified and at least 18 years old.
3. Account and security
You keep your login details secret and protect your account, preferably with a passkey or two-factor authentication. Inform us immediately if you suspect misuse. You can pause or delete your account at any time; deletion takes effect after 14 days and can be revoked until then.
4. Rules for content and behaviour
Respectful contact between adult men is allowed, including open communication about sexuality in the access-restricted areas intended for it. The following in particular are not allowed:
- Depictions or initiation of sexual acts with minors or persons who appear to be minors.
- Pictures or recordings of other people without their consent; depictions of violence, coercion or degradation without apparent consent.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, outing other people against their will.
- Commercial sexual services, fraud, spam, advertising without our consent.
- Misclassifying your own pictures, circumventing age or category restrictions, automated scraping of the platform.
Every picture and every voice hello is reviewed before publication; pictures are assigned to a category, the voice hello is audible to all members and therefore may not contain sexual content, contact details or other people. You classify your pictures yourself when uploading; the final classification by our procedure is decisive.
Video calls run directly between the devices; we neither see nor store them. Recording a call without the other member's express consent is prohibited and leads to a ban. The possible call duration depends on the membership: no time limit when both have Premium, a time limit when one side has Premium, and a short test call once a day between two free accounts.
5. Moderation, reports and sanctions
You can report any profile, picture and message. We review reports promptly and give reasons for our decisions (Art. 17 DSA). In case of violations we may remove content, restrict functions, temporarily suspend accounts or exclude them permanently. You can challenge decisions within six months through our internal complaint procedure (Art. 20 DSA). We report indications of serious criminal offences to the responsible authorities.
6. Rights to content
Your content remains yours. You grant us the non-exclusive right to store it, process it technically and display it to entitled users in order to operate the platform. This right ends when the content or your account is deleted, subject to statutory retention obligations.
7. Paid membership
Basic use is free. A paid membership unlocks additional functions; prices, terms and conditions are shown before purchase. You book a fixed period and pay for it once. The membership does not renew automatically, no continuing obligation arises and nothing further is charged after the purchase; cancelling is therefore neither necessary nor possible. When the period ends the paid membership ends by itself and your account continues as a free membership. We remind you by email shortly before that. If you book a further period while the current one is still running, it is added to the existing end date. A fourteen-day right of withdrawal applies unless you have expressly agreed to the immediate start and confirmed the loss of the right of withdrawal. Only our company name appears on statements. Age verification is a service that is rendered once the check is carried out. If the verification is rejected, for example because of an invalid document or because you are not an adult, there is no entitlement to a refund of the amount paid for it; in case of problems with the document you can repeat the check at no further cost.
8. Availability and liability
We strive for undisrupted operation but do not guarantee constant availability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. We are not responsible for the content and behaviour of other users but act without undue delay once we become aware.
9. Changes
We may change these terms with reasonable notice where required for legal, technical or economic reasons. Changes that materially affect you are announced at least 30 days in advance. If you do not object before they take effect, the new version applies; you can cancel your account at any time.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain applicable, and you may also sue us before the courts of your place of residence.
